I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC repair or replace. They quoted me a new furnace at half the price as their competitor. Jeffrey was great. I recently purchased a home. Being older and a little bit of a fixer, I called Service Pro Titans to move my intake vent, move another floor vent, and potentially move duct work going to the second floor. Jeffery was knowledgeable, worked around my schedule, was responsive, and followed through on everything we discussed. I have now hired Service Pro Titans on two separate occasions. The first was to disconnect my old AC unit and the second time to clean out the furnace. I am quite happy with both experiences. One of the worst parts of being a homeowner is many technicians will often not explain or give insufficient detail as to the service they're providing which leaves you in the dark. That was the opposite with both technicians. They answered all my questions. They are also very quick to book appointments and give you a heads up when the tech is 20 minutes away. The small details count.

Several months ago I called Service Pro Titans after a tenant of mine informed me that his A/C was not functioning properly. The next day two service technicians were out and resolved the issue.
On a separate matter, a second tenant called me and let me know his furnace kept shutting down before the thermostat reached the desired temperature; this time I had the tenant call Service Pro Titans directly and the next day his furnace was working properly.
It’s rare to find a company you feel comfortable doing business with, and who you can entrust your tenants too.

Jeffery did a superb job in repairing my furnace.He not only corrected the problems that existed, but he explained step by step about my furnace, as if I was an on the job trainee. It was fascinating watching him work.I learned so much. I asked if he could do the maintenance of my furnace every year. I would like only him to perform maintenance on my AC & furnace every year. I am sure he is an asset to your company.

At the beginning of the air conditioning season, my system stopped working. I called out Service Pro Titans and the two technicians worked together to analyze my problem — my 20-year-old furnace was dying. They replaced the furnace with a wonderful new one that was FAR more energy-efficient and very quiet. We had the best air conditioning since we moved into the house. As the heating season has come, we’ve been amazed at the consistency of the temperature in the house. We are very pleased with Service Pro Titans.
